Refund policy
1– Can I return products?
When you receive your order, if you are not satisfied with the product you may always return it, subject to the applicable regulations. Here we need to get a bit more technical: we offer our products in closed or sealed boxes, each one individually, so that you can verify that you are the first person to open them.
You have 7 calendar days from delivery of the order to return the products you do not want. Please remember that products must be returned exactly as they were delivered, that is, in their original packaging and without having been opened, damaged, or soiled.
The 1.5 ml sample that we include may be opened and, obviously, does not need to be returned. That is precisely its purpose, so you can try the fragrance. As soon as we receive your products, we will check their condition and contact you to proceed with the refund.
That said, below we explain how to request the return of products that have not been unsealed:

When: you may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you received the order.

How: you can send us an email to devoluciones@mrwaldron.es with the order details, indicating that you wish to make a return.

In Ceuta, Melilla, and other countries, the customer must pay the costs associated with the return. These can be consulted at info@mrwaldron.es.
– What happens once the return is requested?
We will arrange the shipping label with Correos and send it to the customer by email so that it can be printed and attached to the package. The customer will be responsible for taking the package to the Correos office of their choice.
Once we receive the returned package with the perfume in accordance with the conditions indicated above, we will immediately begin the refund process. Please allow 3–4 days for the transfer to appear in your bank account.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method selected when completing the order.
2– We will not refund payment in the following cases:

Formats: 10 ml, Trios, and Discovery Sets.

Products damaged due to improper use or negligence.

Products not purchased on the website www.mrwaldron.es.

Used products whose packaging has been opened and/or tampered with.
If the return is due to reasons attributable to Mr. Waldron (defective product), we will cover the costs associated with the return.
3– Can I reserve a product?
It is possible to reserve a selection of items even before they are available.
All such items are identified with the “Reserve” label on the product page. You will be able to purchase them and receive them at the address of your choice as soon as they are available for shipment.
The product page will also indicate the approximate delivery time.

4– Valentine’s Day Promotion
Purchases made through our online store within the scope of the Valentine’s Day Promotion shall be governed by the general returns policy in force and, specifically, by the following particular conditions, which the customer expressly accepts when making the purchase:
If the customer exercises the right to return an order placed during the Valentine’s Day Promotion, the customer must return the entire order, including the free promotional product consisting of a 5 ml format provided as a commercial incentive.
The 5 ml promotional product must be returned unused and unopened, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging intact.
In accordance with the regulations applicable to hygiene, beauty, and cosmetic products, returns of products that have been opened or used will not be accepted, for reasons of consumer health and safety protection.
Failure to return the promotional product, or returning it under conditions other than those described above, shall entitle the company to:

reject the return of the order, or
-
deduct the amount corresponding to the commercial value of the promotional product (€9) from the final refund.
These conditions are exclusive and binding for the Valentine’s Day Promotion and shall apply only to purchases made during the announced promotional period.
Participation in the promotion and the submission of a return request imply the express acceptance of these conditions, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under current legislation on e-commerce and consumer protection.
