Can I buy a perfume without trying it first?
We understand this can be a challenge, so we offer a discovery set for you to try before committing to a full size.
Can I return my perfume if I don't like it?
Yes, we accept returns on products of 30ML or more that are unopened and in their original packaging. We give away a sample of the product with each order so you can try it before opening it.

Is shipping free?
We have free shipping options in the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Portugal.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and digital platforms such as PayPal or Klarna.
We do not accept cash on delivery payments.
Are your fragrances masculine or feminine?
For us, perfumery has no gender, which is why all our fragrances are unisex.
How does Punto Pack shipping work?
The customer is responsible for collecting their order from an establishment. Once payment has been made, you can choose the Punto Pack that interests you most on our website.
There are over 50,000 of these locations in 9 countries, so there is sure to be one close to home.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands?
Yes, we ship to the Canary Islands and it takes between 7-10 business days.
