Shipping policy

1– Shipping to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands

Once the order has been placed, we require 1–2 business days (reduced to 1 day in the case of premium shipping) to prepare the shipment.

The carrier, in turn:

  • Standard shipping to a pickup point (CORREOS): requires 3 to 5 business days for delivery once it leaves our warehouse. FREE

  • Standard home delivery (CTT EXPRESS / SEUR / CORREOS): requires 3 to 5 business days for delivery once it leaves our warehouse. FREE

  • Express home delivery (CTT EXPRESS / SEUR / CORREOS): requires 2 to 3 business days for delivery once it leaves our warehouse. If delivery deadlines are not met, we will refund the shipping cost. FREE FOR ORDERS OVER €100

  • Premium home delivery (CTT EXPRESS / SEUR / CORREOS): requires 1 to 2 business days for delivery once it leaves our warehouse. If delivery deadlines are not met, we will refund the shipping cost. FREE FOR ORDERS OVER €200

There will be no dispatch or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays; these do not count as business days.


2– Canary Islands

We ship to the Canary Islands through our partner SYNIVA.

3– Ceuta and Melilla

Once the order has been placed, we require 1–2 business days to prepare the shipment. The carrier CTT EXPRESS requires 2–3 business days for delivery.

Does not include the import customs tax IPSI upon entry into Melilla.
Does not include the customs tax IPSI in Ceuta.

There will be no dispatch or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays; these do not count as business days.


4– Shipping to the Rest of Europe

Once the order has been placed, we require 1–2 business days to prepare the shipment. The contracted transport service (depending on the destination) requires between 5 and 9 business days for delivery to the rest of Europe, depending on the location.

There will be no dispatch or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays; these do not count as business days.


5– Punto Pack

For some locations, this shipping option is available. Once payment for your order has been completed, you will be able to choose the pickup location that best suits you on our website for 2 minutes. If no location is selected within this time, one will be assigned automatically (the one closest to the postal code entered).

The customer has 7 days to collect the order once it arrives at the selected location.

6– Rest of the World

Mr. Waldron was created with an international vocation, continuing to work and expand a passion for fragrances to every possible corner of the world. We can ship to countries outside the EU, subject to the delivery times and customs regulations of the destination country.

Please contact us to assess the feasibility of delivery.


7– Where can I track my products?

Once your order has been processed and prepared, you will receive an email at the address used to make the purchase containing all the tracking information for your order. This email may arrive in your spam folder, so please be sure to check it.


8– Delivery of Products

  • Orders will be delivered to the address or pickup location freely designated by the user.

Accordingly:

Mr. Waldron accepts no liability when delivery cannot be completed as a result of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the user, or when delivery cannot be carried out due to causes beyond the control of the shipping company or postal service assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient or failure to collect the order from the selected Punto Pack within 7 days of its arrival at the location.

Mr. Waldron also accepts no liability if the customer changes home delivery to a carrier pickup point and any issue arises as a result of such change.

  • Shipments to P.O. boxes are not available.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, Mr. Waldron shall adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant to ensure that delivery is made within the agreed timeframe, and if this is not possible, as soon as possible, intervening on behalf of the recipient by providing solutions and submitting the appropriate claims to ensure effective delivery.
